Nancy has been a certified Athletic Therapist since 1999 and recently completed the five year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. She is now embarking on her Osteopathic thesis to complete her title as an Osteopath. Nancy’s thesis will focus on using Osteopathy treatment to reduce the incidence of injury in sports.
As an Athletic Therapist, Nancy has attended competitions ranging from the recreational level to the international stage. She has been the Athletic Therapist for the McMaster Men’s Varsity Soccer team for 9 seasons. Nancy is active with the Ontario Athletic Therapy Association as the Co-Director of Education. She is also an examiner for the national certification exams.
Nancy joined Quinn Rehab Services in April of 2006 and has since completed three of the five Endocranial Spasm Courses. These courses address Traumatic and Emotional imprints left on a person that can be hindering their health. She enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels. In her spare time, Nancy swims with the Burlington Masters Swim Club and cross country skis with the Canadian Ski Patrol at Hardwood Hills.
