Peter Stubbins B.Sc.PT, CAFCI Registered Physiotherapist Osteopathic Treatment Approach Certified, Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute
Peter graduated from the University of Toronto Physiotherapy program in 1984. Since that time, he has completed his acupuncture certification with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada, completed his Canadian Physiotherapy Association Musculoskeletal / Vertebral long program and has received his credentials from the McKenzie Institute for Mechanical diagnosis and Therapy. Currently, Peter is entering his fifth year at the Canadian college of Osteopathy’s five year program.
His treatment experience is broad, and includes outpatient orthopaedics, post surgical rehabilitation, treating TMJ (jaw) joint dysfunction, sports medicine and pain management. His experience and training have led him to adopt the treatment approach “that in order to treat my clients pain and presenting complaint I must understand the relationship between their problems and any dysfunction in their articular, myofacial, visceral and cranio-sacral systems.”
